This picture says it all really. From April 2006 to January this year, i had a real bad time focusing on my weightloss. It was a very bad year for me. I have my gallbladder removed had complications after the op. My daughter had a miscarriage, and in October my dear dad died. I am not making excuses for myself other than my head just was not in the right place to give it my all. I would do weel for a few weeks here and there, then fall over and gain a bit. I yo yoed up and down with the same 6kg for months. It is over now, and i am back with a heap of motivation and drive. Even so, that cake was good and the company of the Sydneyy WW girls is always fun whether i am behaving myself or not. The other blonde lady in this photo is Kerryh.

Glad you are back on the wagon and have that determination you had when i first met you.
I dont doubt Dolly I have to say and dont doubt that you will always do what you really want to do whatever that may be.

Your new blog looks great :o) ... (didn't get to see the old one) Your encouragement around the boards is awesome and it's great to put a face to such a lovely nature.
I wouldn't say you fell off the wagon... you just had a square wheel for a bit till your round one got fixed.
